Website/Service: speedbikego.com (hereinafter “Site”, “Service”). The Service may also be accessed via official SpeedBikeGo mobile applications for iOS (Apple) and Android (the “App”). In these Terms, “use of the Service” means access via the Site and via the App.
1.1. By using the Site, App, and Service (browsing the catalogue, registration, booking, payment, contacting support, or any other use), you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, App, or Service.
1.2. The Operator may change the Terms. The current version is published on this page with the date of update. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, the Operator may notify users (e.g. by e-mail or notice on the Site).
2.1. SpeedBikeGo is an informational and intermediary service enabling users to view scooter and motorbike rental offers, make bookings, and interact with service providers. The Operator is not the owner of the equipment and does not provide rental directly, unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific offer on the Site.
2.2. The terms of a specific rental (duration, deposit, documents, insurance, restrictions) are determined by the agreement between the user and the service provider and/or the rules set out in the offer on the Site.
3.1. The Service may be provided in the form of a mobile application for iOS (Apple) and Android devices. Use of the Service via the App is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Download and use of the App may be governed by the rules and terms of the relevant app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). The Operator is not responsible for the policies, decisions, or actions of app stores, for the operation of your device or operating system, for the availability of the App in any particular region or store, for updates and compatibility, or for any fees or terms set by the store. In the event of conflict between the store’s rules and these Terms with respect to the relationship between you and the Operator, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.1. The Service may operate via different technical servers depending on region and settings: the speedbikego.ru server is intended for users in the Russian Federation; the speedbikego.com server is used for users outside the Russian Federation and where the network has no restrictions on access to external resources. The App may automatically select a server on launch or when the network changes. The currently selected server is shown in the App Settings.
4.2. In some networks within the Russian Federation, access to foreign internet resources is restricted. When the App is connected to the foreign server (speedbikego.com) in such networks, loading of media content (including listing photos) may be restricted or impossible; data loading may be slow or fail; images may not display correctly. These limitations are due to network and internet access policies, not to a malfunction of the App or Service.
4.3. The Operator is not liable for access restrictions imposed by network providers, state or other authorities in the relevant networks and regions; for the Service (including media loading) not working or working only partially depending on which server is used; for the user choice or change of server; or for any consequences of using the App from an IP address or network where access restrictions apply. The user is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate server (including the Russian server speedbikego.ru when using the Service in the Russian Federation) and bears the risk of any limitations due to their network environment.
4.4. For correct operation and verification of the App in the Russian Federation, it is recommended to: check in the App Settings that the Russian server (speedbikego.ru) is selected and switch server if needed; when verifying, use a device with internet access from a Russian Federation IP address; restart the App after changing networks so it can automatically select a server; if full media loading is required, use a network with access to external resources. This aspect of the platform operation is an integral part of these Terms; by continuing to use the Service, you accept it without any claim against the Operator.
5.1. Registration may be required for booking and certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken through your account.
5.2. The Operator may suspend or terminate access to an account in case of breach of the Terms, upon request by competent authorities, or as otherwise provided by applicable law or Service rules.
6.1. Bookings are made in accordance with the rules stated on the Site (confirmation, prepayment, cancellation). Payment is made by the methods indicated on the Site or in the agreement with the provider. The Operator is not liable for the actions of payment systems, banks, or third parties in processing payments.
6.2. Refunds are governed by the booking cancellation rules and applicable law. Claims regarding rental quality and deposit refunds are addressed to the service provider and resolved under the rental agreement.
7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and is not liable for indirect, incidental damages, lost profits, data loss, or other harm arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
7.2. The Operator is not liable for the actions of users, service providers, or third parties, for the content of external sites linked from the Site, or for damage arising from the use of rented equipment (accidents, injuries, traffic violations, etc.) — such liability is governed by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Except as expressly required by applicable law, the Operator makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Service (including fitness for a particular purpose, absence of errors, or uninterrupted operation).
The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age at which applicable law permits entering into contracts (typically 18 or over). By using the Service, you confirm that you are entitled to accept these Terms. Use by minors is only permitted with the involvement of a legal representative and, where required, their consent.
These Terms and the relationship arising from the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. For pre-action contact, use the Operator’s details below.
Nature of the document. These Terms are binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not create obligations beyond those required by law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
